The MailSecurity gateway for Mailserver is the ideal solution for Spam and viruses troubled enterprises.  Our Gateway blocks Spam-mails before these reach your Mailserver. In addition to that, all Mails become checked for viruses before forwarding to the Mailserver.
 
The two-stage Spam filter is most reliable and maintenance-poor, whereby the first stage ascertains the sending server and looks for it in various Blacklists.
 
If this server should be registered in one of the Blacklists, the acceptance of the email is going to be refused. In the second stage the Mails are examined for their content, should a mail contain certain word combinations and/or URI's is this mail going to be deleted immediately.  With these procedures you lower your Spam around 80 to 95%.
 
The virus filter checks all mails before these are passed on to the internal Mailserver.  Our MailSecurity Gateway for Mailservers possesses a function for autoupdates checks every two hours for new updates. This product supports up to six virus scanners, which can be switched into row and thus offers highest security.
 
In the standard version the MailSecurity Gateway for Mailservers is equpped with a license-free virus scanner.
